Woman Receives Death Threats After Making Anti-Kardashian Petition
Take note Kardashian haters. Kardashian fans can get a little krazy. After starting an online petition to cancel 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians,' a Denver-area woman says she's not only been getting signatures -- but also death threats from Kardashian fans.CBS Denver reports that the woman, 41-year-old Cyndy Snider, started the "No More Kardashian" petition in early November, and within the first two weeks it had received thousands of signatures. However, Snider didn't expect the intense backlash she received from Kardashian fans.
"I've had death threats. That's been my latest, in the past 2 days I've had death threats ... Over the Kardashians, and that I'm a Kim [Kardashian] hater," she said.
Snider's petition asked E! to find other shows to air, claiming that, "'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' is just not viewing that, we the public, would like to see from your network. Enough is enough."
However, Snider told CBS Denver that she doesn't have a problem with the Kardashians, just the show itself, stating, "It's the value of the show and what it portrays."
Season 2 of 'Kourtney and Kim Take New York' premieres Sun., Nov. 27 at 10PM ET on E!
