The Biggest TV Turkeys of 2011

by AOL TV Staff, posted Nov 22nd 2011 12:00PM
TV Turkeys: Playboy Club, Entourage, Cougar TownThere are plenty of shows to be thankful for, but 2011 was also the year for some major TV turkeys.

You know what we're talking about -- those shows or televised events that are just too horrific for even our "worst" lists of the year.

We've picked our top turkeys, included proof of poultry, and ranked them on a gobble-meter scale of 1-10, 1 being the least offensive or surprising in terms of suckiness, and 10 being scream-at-your-TV-in-anger levels of suck that we hope we never have to endure again.

Take a look at our list, then chime in down in the comments with your own top picks for the bottom of the barrel.

Ditton from Strauss below. Another "not ready for screen time" web page by AOL! Nice who gives a **** attitude releasing this hot mess. And it ain't my browser because it's an AOL browser. GET YOUR GRAPHICS TOGETHER... God your people were once the vanguard of the internet! Aren't you embarrassed enough already?

I agree with all of them 'except' the 'Good Wife'...(and not just because a friend of mine is a hairdresser on the show).
I love this Show...and I agree with whomever said it was a stupid move to Sunday's...Tuesday was perfect.

When counting turkeys lets add your programmer that put this web page together. My browser is overlaying photos and text and almost impossible to view.

Entourage finale was a major disappointment... all the great fun we had for all those years was diluted as the guys wimped off into the sunset.
And how could anyone put The Good Wife on a Turkey list... The turkeys are the network geniuses who changed the great Tuesday line-up that no competition in sight.... I have no idea what's on Tuesdays at 10 this year because if it isn't The Good Wife, it's not worth watching... and since Good Wife is on Sundays this year, I've missed a few episodes because it's up against some real competition - NFL Football, Boardwalk Empire... and special telecasts and awards.. Jeez. How dumb can you get??!!

Yep, is is all about the Money.....reality wins this battle because there are no actors to pay.....you get what you pay for....The Good Wife is good tv....the Play Boy Club had a good plot...too bad we never got to see what happens....Good example of money and ratings is the pick of Tiger Woods for the Presidents Cup....NBC picked Tiger not Couples because if Tiger is not playing no body watches golf...except golfers....$$$$$$$$$$

How can Supernatural be a turkey? It is my family's favorite show. While it is a bit dark, it is also fun, the music is good and there is a plot to every show. That much cannot be said for much of what is on TV? The love the creative storyline and will continue to watch Supernatural as long it is on TV. I LOVE THIS SHOW!

Supernateral is one of my family's favorite TV shows. We have been watching it for years and love the fantasy of it all. While it is a bit dark, it is fun, the music is good and every story has a plot. Much of what is on TV cannot say that.
