The Kardashians Make Barbara Walters' 'Most Fascinating People of 2011'
It's that time of the year again. Seasonal snow is on its way and the holiday lights are making their big debut, but most importantly, it's time for Barbara Walters to unveil her annual 10 Most Fascinating People list. And it looks like the first family of reality TV -- the Kardashians -- made the cut. The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' stars Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian and sisters Kourtney and Khloe all made Walters' list.
After raking in a reported $65 million in 2010, launching a new clothing line for Sears, airing a four-hour wedding special, having one of the most talked about divorce scandals of the year and making headlines on a daily basis, it looks like the Kardashians not only fascinate Walters, but they also fascinate the public.
The Kardashians will have a bit of reality TV company. Music mogul and 'The X Factor' judge Simon Cowell made the list, as well as businessman -- and 'The Apprentice' star -- Donald Trump.
Continuing on with the TV stars trend, 'Modern Family's' Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Eric Stonestreet made Walters' list, as well as one of the stars of the royal wedding -- Pippa Middleton.
Pippa may not be a TV star yet, but the American public became infatuated with Kate's little sister after she turned heads down the aisle in her skin-tight, white dress. The public's fascination with Pippa Middleton eventually spawned an 'E! True Hollywood Story' and a TLC special, 'Crazy About Pippa.'
Rounding out her list is Yankees captain Derek Jeter and record-breaking singer Katy Perry, who most certainly ruled the airwaves in 2011.
Of course, we won't find out who Walters' No. 1 most fascinating person will be until the show airs.
Do you have any guesses as to who it could be? Let us know in the comments.
The 90-minute special, 'Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2011' will air on Dec. 14 at 9:30PM ET on ABC.
