Tori's Valentine's Day Surprise for Dean on 'Home Sweet Hollywood' (VIDEO)

Tori Spelling knows how to break exciting news. For Valentine's Day she gave husband Dean a box that looked like it carried maybe a fancy new watch, or a bracelet. Instead, for the return of 'Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood' (Tue., 10PM ET on Oxygen), the box contained a pregnancy test."Oh my God," he shouted in excitement. "For real?" The excitement in his face was so obvious, but still Tori asked him, "Is that okay?"
It's one of the most exciting moments in a couple's life, which Tori acknowledged later. "It's not real until you both acknowledge it for the first time and you share that moment," she said.
