The way the 5 year old daughter speaks of her dad reflects the level of respect the Mom had for him... Sheeeesh! Get out of a marriage like that and teach your children Love, instead of being in a dysfunctional relationship and having to show them hate! These women need to honor themselves and through these experiences show their children a better world. You take charge! and that will teach them to do the same one day but if the kids do find happier relationships in life then the Love of Mommy will always be there. That's how your children honor your example and you will be their legacy!

The child will handle it the way the parent handle death. If the mother is a wreck as this women seem to be then those are the signals she is sending her child.
