The Wrath of Bridget Scorned on 'Two and a Half Men' (VIDEO)

'Two and a Half Men'It's taken almost half the season, but could Walden Schmidt finally be ready to move on from Bridget on 'Two and a Half Men' (Mon., 9PM ET on CBS)? Quite frankly, it's something the show is going to need to make happen if they want to be able to move forward with the character.

It certainly seemed to be the case after he threw the ring into the ocean -- "My precious!" -- and again this week when he had his new British bombshell join him for coffee and the signing of the divorce papers.

Only, as we see all too often on television, when it came finally time to make it official, someone got cold feet. This time, it was Bridget.

Walden came down firmly on the side of telling her they need to move on -- though he may have waited a few scenes too long to do so -- but he did this on the advice of Alan who was more concerned about making sure he'd still have a place to live.

So Walden may not be over Bridget just yet. Bridget, on the other hand, was completely irrational. Even though she'd moved on to another man much more quickly than Walden, she was beside herself with rage when she found out he was seeing another woman. Of course, part of that might have been that she was half-naked and throwing herself at him before he said anything.

So she did what any scorned not-yet-ex-wive would do. She drove her car through the front wall of the house. And as much fun as that exchange turned out to be, I stand by my claim that this show needs to resolve this Bridget storyline sooner rather than later. The Walden we saw emerging this week, after he'd decided he was through with her, was a far more interesting character than the one whining and pining after her all these past weeks.

Jason, do you watch the entire show? Michael is right, the end with Rose could be the spark this show needs,

I'm kind of on the fence about that scene, as it could be a good spark, but the jumping over the railing thing was a little weird.

The best part was seeing Rose meet up with her at the end. Now that should prove interesting...
