To lose a child is no laughling matter, but somehow this 'joke' comes to mind:

It was flooding in California. As the flood waters were rising, a man was on the stoop of his house and another man in a row boat came by. The man in the row boat told the man on the stoop to get in and he'd save him. The man on the stoop said, no, he had faith in God and would wait for God to save him. The flood waters kept rising and the man had to go to the second floor of his house. A man in a motor boat came by and told the man in the house to get in because he had come to rescue him. The man in the house said no thank you. He had perfect faith in God and would wait for God to save him. The flood waters kept rising. Pretty soon they were up to the man's roof and he got out on the roof. A helicopter then came by, lowered a rope and the pilot shouted down in the man in the house to climb up the rope because the helicopeter had come to rescue him. The man in the house wouldn't get in. He told the pilot that he had faith in God and would wait for God to rescue him. The flood waters kept rising and the man in the house drowned. When he got to heaven, he asked God where he went wrong. He told God that he had perfect faith in God, but God had let him drown.
"What more do you want from me?" asked God. "I sent you two boats and a helicopter."

I respect the family and love the fact they are Christians and profess their faith.
That being said :
Even a suitcase wears out after carrying that many loads.

this is beyond pathetic, who needs to know this crap, enough already!!!!!!!!!

So the abuse the publicity that 19 friggin kids gets them by having a TV show featuring them, then want "privacy" when #20 goes down the chute?

They're about 18 too late in my book.

Going for 20 when the world has way too many folks on board is pretty darned ridiulous anyway. Maybe AlGore should look to spay her as part of the Kyoto Treaty.

It is sad they lost the fetus with a spontaneous abortion. She's only 45, though. She can try again.

With the health issues of the last child, and the miscarriage of this child maybe GOD is telling them something. Enough is enough. Just because you can (get pregnant) doesn't mean you should.

To all of the below postings, both pro & neg, it IS possible to Miscarry & not know until it is too late, & in ANY CASE it is a MISCARRIAGE!!!!!!!!!!! My cousin & his wife miscarried their first & only child at 9 mo.!!! You can call it a miscarriage or Still Born, it is the same, still the same heartbreak!! They named their Son, & buried him w/full honors as they should have! I agree, this couple has more than enough children, but it is still a loss! Respect it! Hope they consider this a sign to stop while they are ahead, LOVE the 19 they already have!!
