We love 'Modern Family,' and a lot of that love is because of the hysterical kids on the show -- especially Nolan Gould, a.k.a. Luke Dunphy.

Nolan's Twitter profile tells his nearly 30,000 followers all they need to know about what to expect from his tweets: "I am not a dummy, I just play one on TV." And it's true! But that doesn't mean he doesn't share some of Luke's funny bone.

Hearing that he was making the trek to San Diego Comic-Con for the very first time, we thought he'd be the perfect person to share some hilarious thoughts on all the craziness, post-Con.

With tweets over the weekend from the start of his trip ("Comic-Con I am on my way! I am new so be nice.") to a good lesson learned ("I learned the trick for Comic-Con. Nintendo 3D for waiting in all the lines!") and even a twitpic of Batman perusing the lunch menu, it certainly looked and sounded like Nolan had fun ... but what was it really like?

'Sons of Anarchy' rolled into Comic-Con Sunday, and the thousands of cheering fans in Hall H seemed to like what they heard about the new season of the FX show, which returns with a 90-minute episode Sept. 6.

The first few minutes of season 4 were shown before the panel (by the way, spoilers ahoy). Would it surprise you to learn that the clip ends with club members on their motorcycles, flipping off the prison that they just left after 14 months of incarceration? No, I do not think it would.

Matt Smith of 'Doctor Who' experienced his first Comic-Con over the weekend, and at the start of the show's Sunday panel in a packed Hall H, he said it was "completely overwhelming."

And that was before he began answering fan questions from people inside Dalek costumes.

The boys of the CW's 'Supernatural' are back in town (San Diego, to be precise), and this time they took over the monstrous Hall H, Comic-Con's big kahuna.

But before the stars took to the stage, we caught up with them in the press room -- it was a double-team effort, actually, with Mo Ryan on the press line and Laura Prudom doing roundtable interviews. Together we were able to glean a few hints about what's coming up in Season 7, so watch and read carefully.

First, check out our video interviews with Jensen Ackles, Misha Collins and Jim Beaver, including talk of Castiel's new role ("Aw, sh*t, how am I gonna do that?," Collins said with a smile), the show getting dark ("It's always gonna get back to the root of these two brothers," Ackles said) and getting things done ("We'll figure out some sort of proactive approach," Beaver said).

So what did the stars and producers of 'Fringe' reveal about the show's fourth season at the show's Comic-Con panel on Saturday? Absolutely nothing. Yet the panel was still enjoyable, even if I have no idea how Peter Bishop will be re-integrated into the world of 'Fringe' when the show returns.

The stars were, of course, willing to talk about 'Fringe''s excellent third season (check out the video interviews below for more on that), and the panel began with a funny video clip -- "auditions" for the role of Peter who, of course, is played by Joshua Jackson.

The actor wasn't scheduled to be part of the panel, but he turned up in an Observer suit and hat as the session was getting underway. So how will his character return when Season 4 begins? "All will be answered, we promise," executive producer J.H. Wyman said.

Just not right now.

It goes without saying that the stars of The CW are somewhat genetically blessed, but 'Nikita' stars Maggie Q, Lyndsy Fonseca and Shane West were definitely bringing the beauty on Saturday night at Comic-Con.

But pretty as they are, the 'Nikita' cast is anything but fragile -- they were happy to chat about doing a lot of their own stunts on the show. Q even got up from the panel in her tight yellow ensemble to humor a fan in the crowd who wanted to see her "climb up someone" in real life. You know the move: she runs straight at her target, then step, step, step until she can backflip right off of them? Awesome.

They joined executive producer Craig Silverstein to tease what's certain to be an action-packed second season, and AOL TV was on hand to bombard them with our burning questions before the panel.

The cast of 'The Vampire Diaries' knows how to keep a secret -- in fact, we're pretty sure their jobs depend on their ability to do so.

Lucky for fans who love surprises, but unlucky for reporters on the Comic-Con press line for the hit CW show, their lips were shut tighter than the entrance to Katherine's tomb.

Still, we managed to unearth a few hints about what we can expect from Season 3, including what Stefan's new alliance with Klaus might mean for his future with Elena ("He's trying to hold on as much as he can to the humanity that's left inside of him," Paul Wesley said) and what more we might learn about Klaus ("Maybe see a little more vulnerability to him, a little more of a human side," Joseph Morgan ventured. "... if he has such a thing.")

And we also got some insight into what Damon and Elena's mindsets will be when the show returns: "Damon's pissed," Ian Somerhalder said matter-of-factly. And about that kiss? "I'm never gonna hear the end of this one, am I?," laughed Nina Dobrev.

One more thing about that kiss: Somerhalder was wondering if we were all watching the same "steamy, passionate kiss" in the finale that he was. From his vantage point, there was nothing sexy about it.

Doesn't matter -- we hear there's plenty more lip-locking to come in the season premiere. Watch the video for more scoop.

Don't you just love hearing stories about the people who were almost cast for huge movie and TV roles? You know like Dana Delany was almost Carrie Bradshaw on 'Sex and the City,' and Matthew Broderick was nearly known as 'Family Ties'' Alex P. Keaton instead of Michael J. Fox.

Well, here's one I hadn't heard: There were about 12 other big names in line to play Peter Bishop on 'Fringe,' as Fox tried to "recast Peter" with Joshua Jackson M.I.A.

Don't believe me? Just take a look at this hysterical video they showed today at Comic-Con, featuring a few former 'Lost' stars (and the 'Lost' boss), a puppet-toting Paul Scheer, someone in our favorite 'Community' (nice stache, Pudi) and, of course, J.J. Abrams regular Greg Grunberg.

Also no spoof video about Jackson would be complete without some 'Dawson's Creek' jokes.

But be sure to watch until the very end to see a super 'Fringe' teaser with a very Observer-like Jackson robotically asking for direction. Spooky!

We know the 'Community' gang will be taking biology in Season 3 (premieres Thurs., Sept 22, 8PM ET on NBC), and news broke this morning that Michael K. Williams (a.k.a. Omar from 'The Wire') will be popping by to play their new professor.

What we haven't heard yet? "Me, Annie and Abed move in together," Donald Glover spilled. " I hope I'm allowed to say that." Creator Dan Harmon said it was more of a possibility for Annie to move in, but did confirm that Troy and Abed will be living together this season: "They definitely are living together, Ernie and Bert-style, from the beginning of the season." What does Danny Pudi think about that? "I think our room will be a blanket fort."

Then there's Dean Pelton (a.k.a. Jim Rash) who's been bumped up to series regular -- so, obviously, expect plenty more awesome costumes this year. "I think I have officially become just a doll for the writers to imagine what else my body should be put in," Rash laughed. "They saw my legs and they were like, 'Oh man, we gotta get more of that on TV.'"

We caught up with Harmon, Glover, Pudi, Rash and stars Joel McHale, Yvette Nicole Brown, Gillian Jacobs and Ken Jeong on the Comic-Con red carpet to find out a little more about the new season. (And, while Alison Brie wasn't there, Annie's Boobs was, shilling the Season 2 DVD.)

There's so much going on at Comic-Con that it's impossible to see it all, so you make your priorities: favorite hit shows, exciting new shows and then other random panels on canceled or won't-ever-be-seen stuff.

Obviously our priority list was off, because we totally missed Entertainment Weekly's 'Totally Lost' podcast's panel on 'Lost,' one year after the finale. Doc Jensen and Dan Snierson are awesome but, well, we kind of thought we were done covering the show in any big way, at least until some giant 10th anniversary "Where Are They Now?" type thing.

We were so wrong.

Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse showed up as surprise guests (Cuse dressed as an Imperial Stormtrooper!), carrying out their little faux Twitter feud from last week by teasing the audience with a some lost 'Lost' footage.

Want to see it? It's after the jump. Now they joked that this was an alternate ending shot for Season 1, complete with early looks at the Man in Black and Jacob. Obviously, they had a little more fun with the final season than what we saw onscreen ... honestly, we'll take whatever we can get. (And we'll never say no to another 'Lost' panel again.)

Near the start of the 'Chuck' panel at Comic-Con, we learned that Mark Hamill will be guesting on the show, and the hourlong session ended in tears -- but they were the good kind.

Star Zachary Levi got choked up on stage as he recalled the show's first Comic-Con panel and as he talked about all that fans had done to keep the show alive for five seasons.

"This show would not have been here without you guys," he said, before his emotions overcame him and he stopped talking. Fans took up the slack by cheering and clapping.

The panel began with a video of Jeffster playing 'Eye of the Tiger' as Gomez did a 'Rocky'-style workout. Morgan is the new Intersect, after all, and as Ryan McPartlin said in the video, the former Buy More nerd has to be "ripped" for the new season.

Maggie Q and Shane West want you to know that they're incredibly grateful for their dedicated, faithful 'Nikita' fans.

In fact, when we stopped the pair on the CW Upfront red carpet a while back, they had less than a minute to chat before they were ushered away and spent that entire time gushing about their fans getting them the pick-up for Season 2 (premieres Fri., Sept. 23, 8PM ET on The CW).

"We're so lucky, aren't we?" Maggie remarked to her costar. "They're so amazing."

West agreed. "Yes we are. It's pretty amazing to see that everyday. It's kind of phenomenal what they've created, really."

"I don't think they understand how much their support means to us," Maggie continued. "It's just cool to create something and have people connect with it. You want them to, but you never know."

Season 1 of 'The Walking Dead' was possibly one of the most intense seasons of television to air in a long time. Season 2 (premiering Sun., Oct. 16, 9PM ET on AMC) is over double the episodes, and according to the cast, double the scares and even more emotion.

"The scripts this year are unbelievably good," star Sarah Wayne Callies teased. "I mean, they have just knocked it out of the park."

Plus with character dying and turning into zombies all the time, they've gotten to bring in three new actors: Scott Wilson and Lauren Cohan (familiar with fanboy crowds already from her stints on 'Chuck' and 'Supernatural'), who'll play father and daughter Herschel and Maggie Greene, and Pruitt Taylor Vince who's playing the foreman at Herschel's farm where a lot of the Season 2 action takes place. We caught up with the cast -- including Callies, Laurie Holden, Steven Yeun and Jeffrey DeMunn, as well as executive producer Gale Anne Hurd -- at the mecca of all things zombie, Comic-Con. They dished all about Season 2 drama, the heat (it's hotter than it was last year and there are ticks this season), some good relationships gone bad and romance in the air.

Today in San Diego, it was another fine showing for the 'Chuck' cast versus Comic-Con. These people own the Con, and they always prepare something extra special for their fans.

Last year, it was an epic Jeffster performance, with the two Buy More musicians going Gaga to 'Bad Romance,' and the year before that they rocked the crowd with a little 'Fat Bottom Girls' (long before 'Glee' tackled it, mind you).

This year, the crowd gave the cast and producers a huge standing ovation, but it wasn't for any one stunt in particular -- sadly, with 'Chuck''s final season approaching (premieres Fri., Oct. 21, 10PM ET on NBC), this will be their last Comic-Con all together. It was a very touching moment, and star Zachary Levi teared up a bit as he thanked the fans.

But it wasn't all emotional, of course. After the jump check out a little Comic-Con exclusive they prepared called 'Morgan vs. The Intersect,' where Josh Gomez and Ryan McPartlin try to convince executive producer Chris Fedak that Morgan really could be the intersect.

It was the usual mayhem at the 'Spartacus' panel at Comic-Con. Fans saw the first footage of Liam McIntyre in the title role, and they certainly seemed to like it.

In one of the few serious moments, McIntyre said he'd spoken to previous star Andy Whitfield, who had to leave the project due to health reasons, and that having Whitfield's blessing "meant a lot to him." (Executive producer Steven DeKnight said Whitfield is doing "very well" with his treatment.)

Otherwise Lucy Lawless talked about the almost-unhinged Lucretia we will see in Season 2 and about Lucretia's very twisted relationship with Ilythia (Viva Bianca). Then Lawless demonstrated her almost unrivaled ability to make almost anything she says sound a little bit naughty. (A fan asked about "filling the void" now that John Hannah's character, Batiatus, is gone. You can imagine where that line of questioning went.)

The only time the cast was tongue-tied was when a fan asked if they were used to seeing each other naked. There was lots of embarrassed giggling, but I gathered that yes, they were used to it.

The cast of CBS' hit comedy 'The Big Bang Theory' sure knows how to make an entrance at Comic-Con. The men and women behind TV's number one sitcom were greeted like rockstars in a filled-to-capacity Ballroom 20, and AOL TV caught up with them right after for all the scoop on Season 5 (premieres Thurs., Sept. 22, 8PM ET on CBS).

Okay, technically they haven't started shooting yet, so the spoilers were sparse, but we did unearth some hints about the ongoing Priya/Leonard/Penny love triangle from Johnny Galecki, and asked the stars to weigh in on how Penny and Raj's hook-up might affect the dynamic of the group.

Simon Helberg also shared his predictions for Howard and Bernadette's future following their engagement, while Jim Parsons gave us a very Sheldon-esque opinion on whose side his character might take once Leonard finds out about Raj's betrayal. Dun, dun, dun!

Everybody on 'The Secret Circle' totally loves their boss, Kevin Williamson. The supernatural show's witchy trio of Jessica Parker Kennedy, Shelley Hennig and Phoebe Tonkin couldn't sing the man's praises enough at The CW's Upfronts red carpet in May. The same goes for stars Britt Robertson and Thomas Dekker.



In fact, Robertson said she didn't even read the script before wanting to do the series. " Kevin -- ugh, he's amazing," she told AOL TV. "Before even reading the script I was like 'I want to do this project' because he's such a talented human being and has such a vision and is a really exciting presence to work with."

'TSC' has plenty in common with The CW's other Williamson show, 'The Vampire Diaries' -- namely love triangles, attractive leads, supernatural occurrences and insane cliffhangers. Oh, the cliffhangers. "What's a show without cliffhangers?" asked Kennedy.

Ballroom 20 was alive with the sound of squealing Friday night, as the unnaturally attractive 'True Blood' cast hit the stage at Comic-Con.

Alexander Skarsgård, Ryan Kwanten, Stephen Moyer, Nelsan Ellis, Kevin Alejandro, Kristin Bauer van Straten, Rutina Wesley, Deborah Ann Woll, Anna Paquin and Alan Ball (phew!) held court before a packed house, showing off some steamy scenes still to come this season in a searing sizzle reel (watch it and get more on that here), before tantalizing the audience with a few juicy spoilers in the hour-long panel.

Sam Trammell (whose wife is about to have twins) and Joe Manganiello (who is filming a movie in Atlanta) were sorely missed, but we'd still say that the hotness quotient of the panel was far above normal human levels.

Hey 'Vampire Diaries' fans -- did you think we'd forgotten about you? Think again.

The CW has just released the new Season 3 trailer (premieres Thurs., Sept. 15, 8PM ET) they'll be premiering at Comic-Con tomorrow, but we've got it for you right now.

None of this is new, mind you, but Katherine looks as evil as ever and Damon and Elena look a little too close for Stefan's comfort ... except for the fact that Klaus has turned Stefan back on to his old bloodthirsty ways and that's kind of all he cares about.
