Add your own commentI hope in the upcoming commentary about buying products made in the United States, the web site HowAmericansCanbuyAmnerican.com and BuyAmerican.com and many more are mentioned. Supporting China is supporting communsim, plane ans simple. It needs to stop now. And I think the politicians who support comminists companys starting up here ought to be ashamed of themselves. They are selling out America just to get reelected.
As I sit here and listen to the news on the Arizona shootings why is everyone overlooking the fault of The U.S. of America and the lack of adequate care for those suffering from mental illness. While I have great sympathy with those that have lost their lives and their families, it's likely that the shooter had a lifetime of mental illness that went untreated, which is the underlying cause of why this happened. Instead I sit and listen to the excuses being reported such as political excuses and lack of gun control, when is America going to address the real issue.

Well I just seen u on Regis & u brought up the topic about baby boomers & caring 4 their parents, this is where i am now...4 adult children, 9 grandchildren, home office, husband of 35 yrs & trying 2 care for my 85 yr old father. This is so hard, nerve racking, & sad. We are in the process of trying 2 decide 2 place him or move him here but we have no bedrooms downstairs & he does not do stairs so where do i put him? the other day i took him to raleys & he didn't want 2 go in so i left him in the car, when i came out he was not in the car......he decided 2 go for a walk. this is not funny. he calls this morning.....i'm going to the hospital i said what 4 he says because. he called the ambulance twice in 1 month just because. i told him u can not b doing this it is very costly and 4 no reason. plus when he gets there he is so happy. i need help or he needs help and i am not the only one out there..........YIKES!!!!!!!! so anyway Diane maybe u can do something. i am out of space.

Made in American- the US government actually offers Corporation huge monetary incentives to encourage international trade? Which resulted in lost job. Lost jobs which resulted in higher unemployment rates, but also reduced the much needed cash flow into the social security system. If anything the government should be encouraging and incentivising US Manufactures to produce 75% of there goods, or greater in the US. And penalizing companies who aren't. Penalties that could be contributed to the social security fund. In your report you noted the retail price of items made in American was similar to items made abroad. The biggest difference is in the manufactures bottom line. Meaning the officers of the company's that utilized manufacturing outside of the US make bigger profits while the US economy and morale continues to spiral downward. Consider doing a report, on how all of this international trade got started and how it has effected the US citizens, the social security system and the over all US economy, and most of all what we can do to get the United States back on track.Charissefontaine@aol.com
