I was so dissappointed last night, i went to the Sands Casino in Bethlehem, hoping to meet Emeril and was not able to see him. Me and my family had dinner in his newly opened restaurant and he was there and never came out of the kitchen not even once while we were there and then we tryied to see him from the window, he was in the kitchen hiding. I was a fan but now am truly sorry to see him hiding behind a wall. mag7`48@aol.com
