Folks, for all of those who go on and on and ON about Miley Cyrus, you've obviously NEVER sat outside your local high school when school lets out. Trust me, Miley's dress is NOTHING compared to many girls and that's while they're at school, she's mild compared to most . And Miley, came from an entertaining family, what did you want, her to be a dentist? She is no better or no worse than every child of someone famous.
