Add your own commentHelp Rocco! I finally made your Crispy Mozzarella Sticks tonight for my family that you made on the Rachel Ray Show on 3/5/2010. Much to my disappointment, they were a disaster because the baking time posted on the recipe was for 15 MINUTES, and they totally melted into one big blob. When I went back to the video from the show, it only said to cook them for a "short time", but unfortunately I went exactly by what the RR Show's recipe said. Please, please have that corrected. Panko breadcrumbs are not cheap, and all I had to show for my labor was a big blob of cheese, with crusty breadcrumb ovals on top if tge wure racks. What a waste of a dinner. It tasted good, but could not be dipped in a tomato sauce. Booo...
