Tony as you venture on in your teaching, it does get better, however don't try to let the kids see you sweat, as they will make your life miserable. Try humor to engage them, and always have a smile on your face even if you are crying inside, it will make a difference. High School students are the toughest critics because in reality they are the most insecure within themselves, they appear confident. Good Luck, I am rooting for you. Teaching is hard this time around.
