50. Wentworth Miller
Show We Loved Him On:
· 'Prison Break' (2005-Present)
Hunk Factor: The England-born, Brooklyn-bred star may be the tube's all-time sexiest inmate as 'Prison Break''s Michael Scofield, who purposefully got himself thrown in jail to help his wrongfully convicted death-row bro break out. Like his character, Princeton grad Miller is also a smarty, and he comes by his sharp, exotic good looks honestly -- his father boasts African-American, Jamaican, German, English and Jewish ancestry, while his mother is Russian, French, Dutch, Lebanese and Syrian.

49. Alex O'Loughlin
Shows We Loved Him On:
· 'The Shield' (2007)
· 'Moonlight' (2007-08)
Hunk Factor: The Australian native first caught TV fans' eyes as a well-intentioned, and drop-dead gorgeous, new member of the Strike Team on 'The Shield.' But he really sunk his teeth into the role of vampire/private investigator Mick St. John on CBS' short-lived drama 'Moonlight.' Despite his blood-thirsty nature, Mick fell in love with a mortal -- reporter Beth -- and was all the more endearing because he was a vamp with a conscience; he didn't hunt women, kids or innocents.

48. Jack Wagner
Shows We Loved Him On:
· 'General Hospital' (1983-95)
· 'Melrose Place' (1994-99)
Hunk Factor: Whether half of a 'General Hospital' super couple as spy guy Frisco (married to Felicia) or a 'Melrose Place' super couple as plotting doctor Peter (married to Amanda), Wagner's hunkiness has ruled the soaps, daytime and primetime. It didn't hurt that the sandy-haired, blue-eyed stud could also croon a catchy love song -- his single 'All I Need' was a top 10 hit in 1985.

47. David Boreanaz
Shows We Loved Him On:
· 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' (1997-2003)
· 'Angel' (1999-2004)
· 'Bones' (2005-Present)
Hunk Factor: He's taking a bite out of crime as 'Bones'' FBI agent Booth, but Boreanaz's head-turning role (so obvious was his appeal that he was cast after a producer noticed him walking his dog) was as vampire-with-a-soul Angel on 'Buffy.' His beastly attractive Angel, whose star-crossed love with Buffy led to a scorching romance, even earned his own spin-off, where he continued to seek redemption for his blood-sucking ways.

46. John Corbett
Shows We Loved Him On:
· 'Northern Exposure' (1990-95)
· 'Sex and the City' (2000-03)
Hunk Factor: It takes quite a man to make a girl get over her true love, and when that love is named Mr. Big, the task is even tougher. Corbett, who first achieved hunk status with his role as soulful DJ Chris on 'Exposure,' was just the man for the job -- temporarily, at least -- as his sweet, sensitive, sexy and outdoorsy Aidan Shaw swept 'SATC''s Carrie off her feet when Mr. Big had done her wrong one too many times.

45. Jon Hamm
Shows We Loved Him On:
· 'Providence' (2000-01)
· 'Mad Men' (2007-Present)
Hunk Factor: As powerful advertising executive Don Draper on 'Mad Men,' Hamm is the epitome of the sophisticated, cigarette-smokin' '60s businessman. His hair's always perfectly slicked (except after one of his frequent bedroom romps), he can cast a world-class smoldering glance and he wears his signature suits crisp and impeccably tailored, like no one since Sean Connery was stalking 007 foes on the big screen.

44. Luke Perry
Show We Loved Him On:
· 'Beverly Hills, 90210' (1990-2000)
Hunk Factor: His more recent penchant for playing creeps in TV guest roles aside, Perry will always be remembered as one of the tube's hottest rebels. His '90210' loner Dylan McKay was like James Dean reborn for the '90s, right down to the perfectly coifed 'do, white tees and dangerous sports car. Dylan's fate wasn't as tragic as Dean's, though he frequently left a trail of broken hearts behind him.

43. Paul Michael Glaser
Show We Loved Him On:
· 'Starsky and Hutch' (1975-79)
Hunk Factor: Some fans might have preferred his blond cohort Hutch, but Glaser's dark-haired Starsky was the breakout heartthrob of the cop drama. Brooklyn-bred Starsky was streetwise, but with his curly locks, cardigan sweaters and moody ways, he came off as a sensitive man of the '70s; he and BFF Hutch were never afraid to share their feelings -- and an occasional hug -- with each other. Besides, no one looked cooler driving the Striped Tomato, Starsky's famous Ford Torino.

42. Patrick Duffy
Shows We Loved Him On:
· 'Man From Atlantis' (1977-78)
· 'Dallas' (1978-91)
· 'Step By Step' (1991-98)
Hunk Factor: An aquatic superhero on 'Atlantis' and a hot dad on 'Step,' Duffy was at his sexiest as Bobby on 'Dallas.' Tall, dark and ruggedly handsome, Bobby was equally at home in jeans and cowboy boots while wranglin' cattle at Southfork, in a suit (and cowboy boots) while battling ornery sibling J.R. at Ewing Oil or in a towel stepping out of the shower after his infamous "dream season" death.
