20. Dr. Mark 'McSteamy' Sloan
Show: 'Grey's Anatomy'
Played by: Eric Dane
Yes, he hits on anything that moves. But don't forget that McSteamy came out to Seattle in the first place to beg Addison to take him back. So what if it didn't work out? That was our first hint that under the manwhore exterior lurked a true romantic.

19. Capt. James T. Kirk
Show: 'Star Trek'
Played by: William Shatner
Maybe it was the way he commandeered that captain's chair, but Capt. Kirk was catnip to the ladies, especially if they were green aliens in bikinis, sneaky spies hoping to take over the S.S. Enterprise, or nameless miniskirted crew members. But no matter how many women wooed him, Kirk always remained a free agent. And nothing's sexier than a captain who can't be tamed, even by Spock.

18. Warrick Brown
Show: 'CSI: Crime Scene Investigation'
Played by: Gary Dourdan
So he was a recovering gambling addict. Living in Las Vegas. And a fellow C.S.I. agent may have died while he was out laying a bet. Details, details. The truth is, Warrick was always a good guy at heart, even if he had a bad boy side -- and those eyes could make us forgive a lot of transgressions. R.I.P., Warrick.

17. Dr. Michael Mancini
Show: 'Melrose Place'
Played by: Thomas Calabro
At first, Michael seemed like the perfect doctor husband, but this being Melrose Place, that didn't last long. Soon enough he was dumping his first wife Jane (Josie Bissett) and marrying her sister Sydney (Laura Leighton) only to add doc colleague Kimberly (Marcia Cross) to the sordid mix. Will Michael be just as naughty when he returns to the CW version this year? We hope so.

16. Ryan Atwood
Show: 'The O.C.'
Played by: Benjamin McKenzie
Talk about a charming bad boy. When Ryan got kicked out of his house, his public defender Sandy Cohen was so impressed with him he took him into his own home. Can you blame him? With his sulky-but-sensitive swagger, Ryan was so much cooler than Sandy's own hyper-chatty kid, Seth. But what we liked? Watching him pine for rich girl Marissa.

15. Dr. Christian Troy
Show: 'Nip/Tuck'
Played by: Julian McMahon
He's a plastic surgeon who takes sex addiction to new lows, but how can we not love this supersmooth lothario? Compared to his tortured do-gooder partner Sean, Christian is a lot more fun. And, like any good bad boy, he's tortured by thoughts of his lost love, Julia (Sean's wife, natch).

14. Sonny Crockett
Show: 'Miami Vice'
Played by: Don Johnson
He may have been a good guy undercover detective, but he was oh-so-convincing as a drug runner living the high life in Miami. We credit the power boat, pet alligator, pushed-up jacket sleeves and that scruffy five o'clock shadow. No wonder sexy pop star Caitlin (Sheena Easton) married him.

13. Chuck Bass
Show: 'Gossip Girl'
Played by: Ed Westwick
Chuck may be a smooth talker, but when it comes to saying those three little words and meaning them, well, it took two whole seasons for him to spit 'em out to long-suffering Blair. But how can you hold a little commitment phobia against a guy whose mother died in childbirth and father died in a car accident he unwittingly caused? Under the glib surface is a wounded pup ... with gorgeous eyes

12. David Addison
Show: 'Moonlighting'
Played by: Bruce Willis
Before he was swinging from elevator shafts in the 'Die Hard' movies, Bruce Willis was a smart aleck private detective who liked nothing better than getting under the prissy skin of his ex-model partner (Cybill Shepherd). He was rude, he was raunchy -- he was hilarious. And what girl doesn't want a guy with a sense of humor, even if it is sometimes the bathroom variety?
