It's a family affair on 'NCIS.' Lily Tomlin will guest star as McGee's grandma, Robert Wagner will reprise his role as Tony's dad and Ralph Waite will be back as Gibbs' father. Also look for 'V' veteran Scott Wolf as FBI Agent Casey Stratton in the season premiere -- a character that may become recurring. Plus, later in the season Jamie Lee Curtis will have a two-episode guest arc as Charlotte Ryan, an employee of the Office of the Inspector General in the Defense Department.
