What It's About: Bilson's fast-talking doctor Zoe Hart leaves the big city when she inherits a medical practice in a Southern town. She bonds with Porter, the town golden boy who once lived in New York, and clashes with his fiance, the spoiled Queen Bee, and Wade Kinsella (Wilson Bethel), her bad boy neighbor/sometime love interest.
