Back to Fall TV Preview: Returning Shows
'Castle'
ABC
Where We Left Off: Captain Montgomery bit the bullet after outing himself as the missing link in Beckett’s investigation into her mom’s death, then Beckett got shot while memorializing him, leading to four words fans have been dying to hear from Castle: “I love you, Kate.”
What's Next: We pick up right where we left off, with Beckett still fighting for her life, then fighting to get rehabbed and back on the beat; Castle butts heads with Beckett’s boyfriend Josh (yes, he’s still around); and there’s a new boss, played by Penny Johnson Jerald, who isn’t so charmed by Castle’s ways.
Season 4 premieres Mon., Sept. 19, 10PM ET on ABC
