Where We Left Off: Season 2 ended with our main characters in transition: George found out he doesn't actually have prostate cancer and quit 'Edition,' Ray got stabbed by a stalker at a comics convention and then got back together with Leah, and one of Jonathon's students (the one with the spanking fetish) may be moving in.

What's Next: HBO's trailer shows Jonathon, George and Ray goofing off on Coney Island with some Beastie Boys playing in the background ... and not much else. We can only imagine there's more boozing, smoking and crime-solving misadventures in store for our gang of amateur sleuths.
