Wesley's Stefan Salvatore was more of the strong, supportive nice guy -- but now that he's back on human blood, Stefan the Ripper is coming out to play. This probably means bad things for his relationship with Elena Gilbert ... but good things for his brother, the other part of the vampire-human love triangle he's stuck inside.
