Why I'm Thankful for It: This time between 'Lord of the Rings' and 'The Hobbit' has been tough for nerds, so to have a TV show with mysticism, ye olde English and the supernatural has been wonderful. Add intriguing characters, terrific cinematography and acting and you have one of the best shows on TV right now. (I’m also thankful for the books, which are holding me until season two starts!)
