'Boss' season 1 finale, 10PM ET, Starz: Kelsey Grammer is mesmerizing in the lead role of this political drama, but the rest of the show comes off as a least-common-denominator amalgam of cable shows we've seen before. We'll get to see if the show improves in its second season (it's already been renewed), but before then, Mayor Tom Kane has one more chance to take on his enemies.
