'Doctor Who' Christmas special, 9PM ET, BBC America: When a mother and her two children relocate to a drafty old house in the English countryside during World War 2, they find that Doctor and the TARDIS have already arrived there and are waiting to give them a Christmas adventure they won't soon forget. Try to have a stiff upper lip about the fact that 'The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe' will be the only new 'Who' we'll get until the fall of 2012, which is when the new season is likely to begin.
