'The Take,' 9PM ET, Encore: This 4-episode U.K. miniseries is worth tracking down if you're a hard-core fan of Tom Hardy ('Inception,' 'Warrior'), who stars as a mid-'80s criminal looking to climb the bad-guy ladder after a stint in prison. It's fairly standard London gangster stuff, thus somewhat guilty of substituting style for substance, but Hardy is not hard on the eyes and watching Brian Cox steal the show as a Cockney crime boss is worth the price of admission.
