DESCRIPTION
This competition series features 12 dancers, age 13 and younger, competing for a $100,000 cash prize and a scholarship to New York's Joffrey Ballet School. The dancers, who are each coached by their mother, learn new routines and compete in challenges that test their skills. They then take the stage at the Los Angeles Theatre to showcase their stuff before a live audience and the judging panel, which includes ``Dance Moms'' star Abby Lee Miller, Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin and choreographer Richard Jackson. The judges eliminate one contestant each week until the final performance, which determines the winner.
