DESCRIPTION
The Cold War is over everywhere but in the picturesque village of Auchnacluchnie, Scotland, where up-and-coming Flight Lt. Harrison and his eccentric crew of two man an RAF early warning station. Although Harrison knows the base should be closed, his interest in the local schoolmarm prompts him to recommend that the base be maintained. Imagine his surprise when his report is not only accepted, but he is permanently assigned to the post. However, the locals are less than enthused about the base's continuing presence in their midst.
