Aspiring female dancers looking for their big break battle one another to catch the eye of renowned celebrity choreographer Laurieann Gibson. Following a city-to-city audition tour, the best 20 dancers are selected and put through a grueling competition designed by Gibson, who has worked with performers ranging from Sean ``Diddy'' Combs and Alicia Keys and is currently the creative director behind Lady Gaga. Gibson also unleashes her signature tough love to keep the ladies' focus razor sharp, and the one who passes all the tests, which include a music video competition and the chance to perform live with Lady Gaga, earns the top prize of $50,000.
