Rebellious kids learn that there are serious consequences when they take things too far and break the law. From bar brawls to drunken driving and underage drinking (notice an alcohol-consumption theme?), plus assorted drug offenses, the temptations to encounter trouble are apparently too much for these wayward young adults to resist. Their stories are told through the eyes of the arresting officers, supplemented with commentary from the knuckleheads on why they thought they were above the law.
