DESCRIPTION
There's a ``Help Wanted'' sign hanging in the window of Carlo's Bakery, and the ``Cake Boss,'' Buddy Valastro, is intent on finding the best rising baker in the business to work alongside him. There's 10 applicants, and in each episode of this competition series challenges are issued by Buddy and his family that test the contestants' business sense and cake artistry. The one pastry chef that falls the flattest each week is eliminated, until the winner is presented with $50,000 in cash and a job at Carlo's.
