DESCRIPTION
Hoping to duplicate his European success on American soil, chef Jean Christophe Novelli select nine students to be a part of his U.S. culinary academy. While his U.K. school has been judged one of the world's best, Novelli wants to try his hand on students across the pond. The new students come from a variety of culinary backgrounds, and must complete a number of tasks each week, from baking bread to filleting a fish. Failure of three tests is grounds for dismissal from the school.
