On ``Chopped,'' professional chefs compete to come up with the best dishes when assigned certain ingredients that must be used in the dish. On ``Chopped Champions,'' previous ``Chopped'' winners return in another competition to compete against one another in more culinary competitions. In the champions tournament, featuring 16 previous winners, four chefs compete in four preliminary contests. The winners of the four preliminary competitions then compete against one another in the final. Whichever chef the judges choose as the winner of the finale wins a $50,000 cash prize.
