"Dancing With the Stars" returns for a third season -- once again expanding the number of celebrities competing, this time going from 10 to 11. As usual, the pairs of celebrities and professional dancers perform choreographed dance routines that are judged by a panel of dance experts and then voted on by viewers. The scores are combined and the outcome is announced during a weekly results show in which a couple are eliminated until the winner is determined. This season's crop of celebrities includes political pundit Tucker Carlson, TV host Jerry Springer, actress Vivica A. Fox and retired NFL player Emmitt Smith.
