Many homeowners may tolerate unattractive or lackluster areas in their house simply because they believe they can't afford a makeover. In this long-running series, a design team demonstrates how problem areas can be revitalized on a budget of only $1,000. Later episodes feature designer Casey Noble (a season five ``Design Star'' contestant) using innovative solutions to the toughest makeover scenarios, and with a bigger budget of $2,500.
