Soap operas feature lots of drama -- some of it realistic, some not so much. But sometimes, there is more drama behind the scenes than there is on the show. This docuseries follows a six-pack of soap stars -- Kelly Monaco, Kirsten Storms, Farah Fath, Nadia Bjorlin, Galen Gering and John-Paul Lavoisier -- as they try to traverse the drama of their personal and professional relationships. A romance is tested when one person's career rockets forward while another's is stuck in neutral. Jealousies arise when actors try to jump from one soap to another, and rivals must find a way to coexist without ripping each other to shreds. The show also documents the softer sides of these sudsy stars. One actress meets her biological father for the first time; another tearfully sends her brother to U.S. Army flight school. Through it all, each of the stars has the same goal: to grow his or her career.
