DESCRIPTION
Pretty much everyone wants to lose weight. Melissa d'Arabian wants to help people accomplish that goal. She shares dozens of slimming recipes and fat-burning exercises with viewers, as well as offers advice on what people should and should not eat while dining in restaurants. But d'Arabian doesn't do it alone. She has fitness and nutrition correspondents helping her, along with food correspondent Aarti Sequeira. D'Arabian hopes to illustrate that only small dietary and lifestyle changes are all it takes to lose weight -- whether it's 5 pounds or five sizes.
