Eden Grinshpan is a graduate of London's Le Cordon Bleu and a world traveler. In this series, she combines her love of food and travel, as she embarks on a culinary adventure through some of North America's most unexpected cities that serve authentic global cuisine. She visits a different city in each episode to discover some of the area's original recipes and the stories behind them.
