SHOW
DESCRIPTION
From drug charges to domestic violence cases to kidnappings, ``First Week In'' presents a behind-the-scenes look into the lives of inmates and the processes leading up to their incarceration. Cameras capture their every move during their ``first week in,'' and viewers witness how the inmates cope with their environments, desperately contemplate ways to leave and post bail, and, at times, vow to change their lives for the better. The show focuses on those who have been jailed for the first time, and who inevitably must interact with and perhaps even confront violent offenders.
