DESCRIPTION
Lonely at the North Pole, the magic snowman is pleased when his human friends build a wife for him. He gives her a bouquet of frost flowers, which brings her to life with his trademark line, ``Happy birthday!'' The couple's happiness makes Jack Frost jealous, and he tries to separate them. A well-timed blizzard threatens to halt the nuptials of Frosty and Crystal, but she pleads with Jack Frost to stop the storm and asks him to be their best man. Mollified, Jack allows the wedding to go on and the fun to continue throughout the winter.
