With $100,000 at stake, 10 of the country's hottest hairstylists compete in a variety of fantasy hair challenges to see whose work comes out on top. The first challenge, for example, requires contestants to create a cocktail-inspired hair design that will hold liquid. But the hair is only half the battle, as the stylists, who live together with no access to outside influences like magazines, bicker amongst themselves and accuse each other of cheating.
