Noted cake decorator Ashley Vicos and her motley crew of assistants travel across the United States creating jaw-dropping three-dimensional cakes for many types of events. Vicos' office is the open road as her team goes to different cities to make their creations. Each new city presents challenges for Vicos, including finding a working kitchen and arranging reliable transportation for her larger-than-life creations as she delivers them to her clients' parties. Vicos' team often takes on last-minute custom orders that must be completed on tight deadlines.
