Chef Ramsay welcomes a fresh batch of 18 chefs for the ninth season of ``Hell's Kitchen.'' The challenges this time around range from cooking a meal for mothers and their young children to cooking recipes based on different types of beer. For putting in their hard work, challenge winners will receive prizes that include a trip via private jet to Palm Springs and a luxury yacht excursion. On the other end of the spectrum, the losing teams in the challenges will face punishments that include decorating for a high-school reunion and butchering an entire side of beef. In the end, the season's winner will receive the head chef position at New York's BLT Steak.
