Randy Finch is a chef with more than 20 years of experience in the food service industry. He is also one of the nation's top ice sculptors. Finch and business partner Derek Maxfield, along with their team of ice artists, work on ice-cold projects for a variety of clients. Whether it's building a giant chess set made out of ice or building a sculpture for Magic Johnson's mother at her 75th birthday party, the team does things with ice that many people have never seen before.
