DESCRIPTION
Jimmy ``The Junk Genius'' Ruocco is a junkman who goes to great lengths to construct new and inspired devices from, well, junk. Ruocco works with his team at Jimmy's Junk to create things such as a hovercraft, a coffin car, a lawnmower racer and a flame cannon -- all from discarded spare parts. Jimmy's team includes Bart, who manages customers' unique requests; Billy, who is known around town as Jimmy's miracle mechanic who loves bringing cars back to life after they have been sitting around for a couple of decades; and Hale Storm, who goes to the junkyard every day with off-the-wall items and rare signs.
