No matter how good they are, detectives cannot solve every case that is assigned to them. When a case is unsolvable for detectives, that is when Jessica King comes into play. King is a seasoned police officer who has become the lead investigator for Toronto's Major Crimes Task Force. King is asked to lead the unit following the televised meltdown of Det. Sgt.
