``Baywatch'' gave viewers a look at a lifeguard's life -- Hollywood style. ``Lifeguard!'' gives viewers a more realistic look at a lifeguard's life. The docu-series follows men and women who guard the treacherous and varied terrain along a 150-mile stretch of the California coastline, from Malibu to San Diego. This stretch of the Pacific coast is home to many of America's busiest, most popular beaches. Thankfully, for the safety of beachgoers, it's also home to some of the world's bravest, best-trained lifeguards, who make more than 10,000 saves a year.
