Popular comic and veteran sitcom star Jerry Seinfeld (``Seinfeld'') returns to a weekly TV series as executive producer of a reality show whose rotating panel of celebrities helps settle disagreements between married people. Host Tom Papa, a veteran actor-comic personally selected for the job by Seinfeld, has the final say and decides the victor in each marital spat.
