He's had ``Kitchen Nightmares'' and he's served time in ``Hell's Kitchen'' -- now chef Gordon Ramsay is setting his sights on a new target. This time around, he's pitting amateur chefs against one another as he attempts to turn one of them into a culinary master. Contestants create new dishes and hone their kitchen skills as they compete for the title of ``MasterChef.'' Ramsay is joined by Joe Bastianich and Graham Elliot Bowles as judges.
