DESCRIPTION
Patrick Jane, independent consultant with the California Bureau of Investigation, is notorious for his unusual methods and disregard for protocol -- not to mention his former career as a ``psychic'' -- but no one can deny his remarkable track record for solving serious crimes through uncanny powers of observation. While Senior Agent Theresa Lisbon and her team -- which includes agents Kimball Cho, Wayne Rigsby and Grace Van Pelt -- deal with Jane's flare for the dramatic because of his knack for clearing cases, Jane takes advantage of his relationship with the department to hunt Red John, the serial killer who murdered his wife and daughter.
