DESCRIPTION
This collaboration between public radio and public TV powerhouses NPR and PBS features documentary-style reporting, one-on-one interviews commentary on current events, with a focus on socio-political issues such as war, health care and the environment. Host David Brancaccio and senior correspondent Maria Hinojosa explore some of the critical issues confronting democracy in the world today. The show began as an hour-long program hosted by Bill Moyers (and titled NOW With Bill Moyers) before becoming a half-hour when Moyers retired from his role on the program.
