Sean "Diddy" Combs is on the talent prowl once again. Only this time he's not making a band but searching for a singular sensation with the vocal and dance skills to match. One will eventually emerge, he hopes, from the 14 performers -- seven guys and seven girls -- who compete for a contract with Combs' Bad Boy Records label while living together in a Los Angeles mansion. They're judged by performer Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins, music executive Tamara Conniff and choreographer Laurie Ann Gibson, with guest judges including Pete Wentz (Fall Out Boy), Nicole Schersinger (Pussycat Dolls), Lady Gaga and Kelly Rowland. Artist manager Johnny Wright mentors the performers, and former "American Idol" contestant Kimberly Caldwell hosts.
